The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has established a process for designating Early College High Schools to ensure that these schools uphold the model\u2019s integrity. This model is specifically designed to support students who might not otherwise pursue higher education. The TEA Early College High School Blueprint, which outlines this designation process, includes five benchmarks.<\/p>\n

Each benchmark features a set of design elements, activities, and outcomes. For more details on the ECHS Blueprint, visit the relevant sections of the TEA website.
