    Notices and Agendas to Board Meetings<\/a><\/h3>\nTexas Government Code \u00a7551.056(a), \u00a7551.056(b)(3), \u00a7551.043, and \u00a7551.051 require notices of board meetings to be posted on the district website. In addition, Texas Government Code \u00a7551.056(c)(3) requires agendas of board meetings to be posted on the district website. Board meeting notices include the agenda and are available on the School Board page.

    Names of Members of Governing Body<\/a><\/h3>\nTexas Education Code \u00a712.1211 requires that an open-enrollment charter school list the names of the members of the governing body on the home page of the website.

    Public Information Requests<\/a><\/h3>\nTexas Government Code \u00a7552.234(b) and (d) require that schools post the designated mailing address and e-mail address for receiving public information. In addition, Texas Government Code \u00a7552.235(b) states that if the school accepts the public information request form published by the Attorney General, the form is posted on the website.

    Chief Executive Officer Salary<\/a><\/h3>\nTexas Education Code \u00a712.136 and Texas Administrative Code Title 19 \u00a7\u00a7100.1007(d)\/100.1032(2)(K)\/\u00a7100.1050 require that an open-enrollment charter school post the salary of the school’s superintendent or, as applicable, of the administrator serving as educational leader and chief executive officer.
