House Bill 3 Board-Adopted Goals

House Bill 3 (86th Texas Legislature, 2019) requires school boards to adopt plans in early childhood (EC) literacy and math, and college, career, and military readiness (CCMR). These goals and updates on progress toward these goals can be found below:
